The MAXI•PRESS is a multipurpose large format manual heat transfer press intended for the imprinting of a vast range of different materials. The MAXI•PRESS provides an oversized platen, production oriented press with the option of a single loading table or twin shuttle table configuration. |
The unique counteraction die spring linkage assembly provides a weightless and effortless operation of the press. The electronic control center accurately regulates all aspects of the electrical functions of the press, freeing the operator for the main goal of material imprinting.
Ideal applications the MAXI•PRESS has performed flawlessly include: large fabrics, multiple piece goods, banners, floor mats, carpets, mouse pads, plastics, sheet metal, tile & other ceramics and much more. The MAXI•PRESS strongly supports sublimation transfer processes, as well as digitally produced transfers, hot and cold peel plastisol transfers, and laminating processes.

The MAXI·PRESS is equipped with the latest in digital microprocessor based temperature and timer controls. The controls and switches were chosen for their ease of use, longevity, and high performance. The control panel consists of a dual display digital temperature control, LCD read out timer module, and Thermal runaway audible alarm circuit. The hands free auto-start, auto-stop, auto-reset timer provides one less procedure for the operator to worry about. The control panel cabinet is equipped with a main shut off and internal fusing. All of this is located on a convenient easy-access component panel.
The MAXI·PRESS
provides all the pressure your application needs for large format sublimation
transfers and foiling. The machine utilizes an innovative 'self leveling' feature
that insures evenly applied heat and pressure over the entire printing area. The
MAXI·PRESS comes with dual heavy duty linkage assemblies that can generate large
amounts of platen pressure, while requiring little operator applied force.
The MAXI·PRESS utilizes an array of Hi-wattage, field tested heat units. This
higher than normal wattage insures constant heater block temperature resulting
in darker, consistent images throughout the print area. The heater block itself
is a precision ground, ultra thick aluminum plate. This mirror surface heater
plate allows for uniform heat flow and eliminates cold spots.
The
Maxi•Press models are priced simply by heater block size. The list below notes
the most common sizes and their respective pricing.

The 931 TRITON is a multipurpose, large-format air operated heat transfer press built for production of a wide variety of materials. |
It is geared towards the high-production requirements of simultaneous multiple
piece pressing as well as the imprinting of materials from 3' by 3' to 5' by 8'.
The 931 TRITON answers the demand for a more stable, solid work base
along with the capability of pressing transfers in an oversized, large-area environment.
Typical applications include heat transferring onto large roll fabrics, carpets
and floor mats, piece goods, garments, sheet metal, ceramics, skateboards, snowboards,
skis, polyester coated synthetics, metal tubes, and a vast range of other substrates.

The 931 TRITON is equipped with the latest in microprocessor based controls. These controls, gauges and switches were chosen for their longevity, ease of use and performance. Temperature and timer control units are backed by a 3 year warranty. Indicator lights inform the operator of 'heating' and 'at heat' status. The table switch closed loop activation safety circuit indicates and prevents premature closure.
Applications that demand high pressure, evenly applied heat and parallel, firm loading table require strong long-lasting work beds. High production requires smooth operation without the friction of hard to operate sliding tables. The 931 TRITON addresses these issues with the polymer V grove track and roller system.
This system of table shuttling removes the risk of shifting and sagging of imprinted materials as well as allowing the operator to move the table in an effortless and comfortable manner. The tracks can be expanded to an unlimited length for other operations, and can be added to the back of the press for twin station production capabilities; allowing for the loading of one table while the other is being pressed. An air cylinder and trigger foot-switch (table-in / table-out) can be optionally included for automatic table indexing capability giving optimum production capability for either single or twin station presses.
The 931 TRITON utilizes an array of high wattage, field
tested heat units with temperature regulated by a Watlow 945 digital controller.
The heat units are located within the extra thick aluminum heat platen in specially
'gun-barrel' drilled holes along the length of the platen. This results in a perfect
heat flow and provides even heat distribution across the entire platen.
Pressure is generated by a heavy duty, multi-air bag system. This creates an even
lift with a smooth, self leveling action.
The 931 TRITON is designed to monitor its operational functions. By the use of solid state photo-eyes and a series of micro switches, proper and safe operation is insured. The 931 TRITON's front control panel is equipped with audible and visual signaling alarms.
The 931 Triton models are priced by heater block size for a single station press. Then, if twin station is desired (the 931 presses are often shipped with dual shuttling loading stations) the additional amount is added. With the largest size platens, the auto indexing foot pedal shuttle feature is also very common.
